The National Council on School Facilities 2019 Annual Meeting
The annual meetings of the National Council on School Facilities are invitation-only gatherings of state-level K-12 public school-facilities directors. They provide a unique opportunity for state officials to share information and best practices; learn about other states' facilities programs; provide input into the strategic priorities of the National Council; and educate national and federal officials on K-12 public school facility issues.

State K-12 public school facilities officials from NCSF member states and non-member state officials.
Industry sponsors providing financial support toward the National Council’s mission.

Member Benefits: The registration fee, travel costs, and lodging expenses for one official are covered in the $5,000 annual state membership assessment.
Fees: $375 for conference registration for each additional official from member states and for state officials from non-member states. $10,000 for industry sponsors. See sponsorship page for more details.
2019 Scholarships: States participating in the Annual Meeting for the first time are eligible for a scholarship that covers the registration and hotel for two nights, and reimburses the official attendee for travel. Eligible states are Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, and Tennessee.
