The 2026 NCSF Annual Meeting

scheduled for December 6th through the 9th in Washington, D.C.

Who is invited to the NCSF annual meeting:

  • State K-12 public school facilities officials

  • Industry Sponsors providing financial support toward the National Council’s mission

  • Invited guests

Annual Meeting and Conference Fees:

  • Member States: All travel, hotel, food and registration for one state official is covered by state’s membership assessment.

    • Additional State Attendee: Up to two. No registration and conference meal fees but must cover travel, lodging and other expenses.

  • Non-member States: Registration fee of $375 per person, plus state must cover all travel, lodging and other expenses.

  • Industry Sponsors: Registration fees covered for up to two sponsor attendees. Travel, hotel, and other expenses responsible by Sponsor.
