Who is invited to the NCSF annual meeting:

  • State K-12 public school facilities officials

  • Industry Sponsors providing financial support toward the National Council’s mission

  • Invited guests

NCSF Dates:

  • Travel Day and Reception, Sunday, December 6th (4PM to 6PM)

  • Meeting Sessions and Networking: Monday, December 7th and Tuesday, December 8th

  • Capitol Hill Meetings: Wednesday, December 9th

Annual Meeting and Conference Fees:

  • Member States: All travel, hotel, food and registration for one state official are covered by the state’s membership assessment.

    • One Additional State Attendee: Registration and conference meal fees are included with membership but the travel, lodging and other expenses are not covered by NCSF.

  • Non-member States: Registration fee of $375 per person and travel, lodging and other expenses are the responsibility of the non-member agency.

  • Industry Sponsors: Registration fees cover up to two sponsor attendees. Sponsors are responsible for travel, hotel, and other expenses.
